Phase III: Integration & Maintenance
We do not just fix the structure in the room; we ensure the changes hold. We conclude by re-testing your alignment and providing a frictionless, 5-minute home recovery protocol (delivered directly to your phone) to maintain your new structural baseline between sessions.
Phase II: Structural Alignment
Once your system is quiet and feels entirely safe, we apply firm, precise mechanical pressure. We utilize deep fascial release and targeted tissue mobilization to address accumulated tension, restore lost mobility, and correct the physical receipts of your daily stress.
