For bodies that have been carrying too much.

Premium bodywork in Sydney CBD for stress, tension, nervous system overload, and structural fatigue.

syn·to·ny

*\ ˈsin-tə-nē *

noun

  1. A state of harmony or resonance between a person, system, and environment.

  2. At Syntony, it means helping the body return to a state where it can breathe, release, and reorganise.

A private space for the body to settle, release, and reorganise.

Built for high-performers and dedicated parents who carry the weight of their world in their bodies.

  • We do not use aggressive cracking or brute force.

Each session begins by helping the body feel safe enough to change. From there, we work through fascial restriction, muscular holding, breathing patterns, and structural compensation.

The work is slow, precise, and deliberate.

  • Your time, energy, and body matter.

Syntony is built for people who carry responsibility — in business, family, performance, and life — and need care that is precise, private, and worth the time.

  • Syntony was founded by Gary Ng after experiencing the physical cost of prolonged business pressure, stress, and responsibility.

The practice exists for people who know what it feels like to keep going while the body quietly carries the load.

This session includes intake, assessment, nervous-system-first bodywork, fascial release, structural integration, and aftercare guidance.

    Recommended for all first-time clients.

    For deeper work.

A longer session for clients who need more time to settle, release, and integrate. Suitable for long-held tension, nervous system fatigue, complex structural patterns, or when the body needs a slower, more complete session.

Recommended for clients who want deeper work without rushing the process.
